  • Verified identity

    Tenants and landlords can have their identity checked against a valid ID. Those who do get a Verified badge on their profile and their listings.

  • Income: verified or self-reported

    Landlords see whether an income is verified or only self-reported, and how it compares to the Huurprijs.

  • One profile instead of scattered messages

    Every application arrives in the same format. Landlords put up to four applicants side by side and compare on facts.

  • Signed and stored

    The rental agreement and the inspection report are signed digitally by both parties and kept with your documents, next to your rent invoices.

    Save what you like and apply without typing the same email again — your profile goes with you.

  3. Follow every step

    Applied, invited, viewed, offered — you always see where you stand. Accept an offer and you sign the rental agreement in the app.

    Photos, Huurprijs, Borg and terms in one form. You decide when the listing goes live.

  2. Compare applicants

    See who is verified and whether their income fits the rent. Invite the applicants you choose to a viewing.

  3. Complete the rental

    Make offers in your order of preference. The rental agreement, inspection report and rent payments are then handled in the same place.
