For tenants
Searching, applying, viewings, offers, signing your rental agreement and your inspection reports are free, and stay free. Premium is optional: you can apply to every home without it.

Premium is paid once — no subscription — and runs for 6 months. Paying does not verify you: it unlocks the identity and income checks, which you then do yourself. A passed check stays valid for 6 months. Without Premium, landlords see the income you entered yourself, marked as not verified.
Auto-apply (optional)
€ 24,99 per month. Set your filters (places, maximum rent, bedrooms, living area, furnishing) and a message, and Nexo applies for you to every home that fits, the moment it goes online, even when you're offline. Never twice to the same home, and only where you meet the landlord's requirements.
- A monthly subscription: you pay the first month when you start, and each month after that is charged automatically.
- Choose to have it cancel itself after 1, 2 or 3 months, or let it run until you cancel.
- Cancel any time in your account: nothing more is charged, and it stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
- Your account shows when it ends and when the next payment is due.
Auto-apply and Premium are separate: you can have either, both or neither.
For landlords and agents
Nexo is free for landlords and for agents letting homes on an owner's behalf. Every home gets all of it:
- List your home and receive applications
- See applicants' verified identity and income
- Applicants sorted by verified data and income
- Invite to viewings and send offers
- A legal rental agreement, signed digitally by both parties
- Move-in and move-out inspection reports, with photos
Rent payments
Landlords with a KVK number can receive rent through Nexo: the tenant pays the first month and the deposit, and then each month's rent, by iDEAL or card. Our payment provider Mollie pays it out to the landlord's own bank account; Nexo never holds the money. The landlord sets this up once, in about 3 minutes. The tenant pays exactly the rent and the deposit: no extra costs, and Nexo charges nothing on rent payments.
Paying
You pay securely through Mollie, with iDEAL, a debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Premium and Auto-apply are active as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.
Auto-apply's later months are charged automatically: to the same card, or by SEPA direct debit from the bank account you paid from with iDEAL.
Withdrawal and refunds
You can withdraw within 14 days of buying Premium, unless a check has already been carried out after you agreed at checkout that it starts immediately. Until then it is refunded in full.
You can also withdraw from Auto-apply within 14 days of starting it: you pay only for the days it was on, and get the rest back. After that you can cancel any time, without a refund for the month already paid. See section 8 of the terms.
